Any quality issues or errors with your order can be refunded or replaced.

We do not accept exchanges, and refunds must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original new condition. A restocking fee of €9 applies (converted to your local currency). A refund processing time of 14 days applies.
