Refund policy

Returns
Under UK and EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To do so, email us within that period, then return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage is at your cost. Items must be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging; we may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return (or proof of postage) and include the original standard delivery charge.

We don’t offer exchanges.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including postage. A photo of the problem speeds things up.
